Undergraduate Symposium on Global Enterprise

The Schroeder Family School of Business Administration and the Institute for Global Enterprise in Indiana announce the 3rd annual Undergraduate Symposium on Global Enterprise, to be held on Saturday, April 19, 2008 on the campus of the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana. Globalization has revolutionized how, where, and by whom products are made and business is transacted in the 21st century. The symposium's purpose is to enhance awareness of globalization's drivers and impacts to better prepare students to engage the world as global citizens.


All submissions will be blind reviewed. Accepted papers will be entered into the Best Paper Awards competition. One Best Paper Award of $1,000 will be made in each track. If a co-authored paper wins a Best Paper Award, the monetary prize will be divided equally between the authors. In addition, one or more Best Presentation Awards will be made; the number and dollar amount of presentation awards will be determined based upon the total number of papers accepted for presentation at the symposium. If a presentation based on a co-authored paper wins a Best Presentation Award, the monetary amount will be divided equally between the students making the presentation at the symposium.
