Susan Michie, assistant professor of management, who has had an article accepted for publication by the International Journal of Organizational Analysis. The article is titled ‘Unified Diversity in Top-Level Teams: Enhancing Collaboration and Quality in Strategic Decision Making’ and was co-authored with Robert Dooley (Oklahoma State University) and Gerald Fryxell (China Europe International Business School, Shanghai, PRC).
