Student Q & A Session Planned with Steve Forbes

A question and answer session for UE students with Steve Forbes, author, editor, entrepreneur and former presidential candidate, is planned for 4 p.m. (Oct. 12). Tonight at 7 p.m., Forbes will be the guest speaker in UE’s International Speakers series, at the Victory Theatre, 600 Main Street, in downtown Evansville.

A bus will be available in front of Carson Center at 6 p.m. to take students to the lecture.

The topic of Forbes’ talk will be “Hope, Growth and Opportunity: America in the Global Economy.” He will present a glimpse of the world as he sees it from atop his powerful media empire as president and CEO of Forbes, Inc. and editor-in-chief of Forbes Magazine, the nation’s leading business magazine. Forbes and Forbes Global, the magazine’s international publication, together reach an audience of nearly five million readers around the world.
