Finance and International Business Professor involved in the National Association of Securities Dealers, NASD Wharton Securities Regulatory Certificate Program
On December 6th Dean Bob Clark, Professor of Finance and International Business at UE will present a training program on “Current Regulatory Considerations in International Financial Services” at the University of Miami. This presentation is part of the NASD’s Phase II certification program for securities regulators and deals with special regulatory consideration for foreign investors in U.S. domestic financial markets. It includes coverage of Anti-Money Laundering, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Sarbanes-Oxley Act issues.
