Dr. Paglis earned her Ph.D in 1999 from Purdue University in Organizational Behavior and her B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University in 1985.  She passed the Certified Public Accountant exam in Illinois in 1987.  Before graduate school, Dr. Paglis worked for eight years at Amoco Corporation in Chicago (now BP) in various accounting positions.  She teaches courses in the management area, including Organizational Behavior and Decision Making.  Dr. Paglis’s research interests include leadership, mentoring, and newcomer socialization.
