Christine L. McKeag, CPAMBA, University of Pittsburgh Christine L. McKeag has served on the faculty since 1977. Her current teaching responsibilities include Principles of Accounting, Financial Accounting Lab, Intermediate Accounting I, and Accounting Information Systems. McKeag received her MBA from the University of Pittsburgh in 1975 and BS from Pennsylvania State University in 1970. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Indiana, a Certified Management Accountant, and a Certified Financial Manager. In 2005, she was named United Methodist Exemplary Teacher at the University and in 2007 she was honored with the Indiana CPA Society Educator of the Year award. In addition, McKeag has received numerous departmental outstanding teacher awards. Research interests include accounting teaching methodologies and assessment of learning at the course and program levels. In addition to teaching, McKeag has served in the capacity of Assistant Dean for the Schroeder Family School of Business Administration since 2006.
