Robert A. ClarkPh.D., CFA Dr. Robert A. Clark is Dean and Professor of Finance and International Business in the School of Business Administration at the University of Evansville, Evansville, IN. Prior to his current assignment he was Director, International Business Institute and Associate Professor of Finance in the College of Business Administration at Butler University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and served as a Pension Administrator and Controller prior to his assignment at Butler University. He received his BA in Spanish, BS in Business Administration and MBA from the University of Maine. He earned his Ph.D. from Purdue University in Finance. Dr. Clark taught Corporate and Managerial Finance, Derivatives, Investments and International Business. Dr. Clark has published in the Journal of Finance, Quebec Studies, The Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions & Money, Journal of African Business, The Journal of East-West Business, Managerial Finance, The Journal of Asian Business, The Journal of Teaching International Business and the Journal of Emerging Markets among others. He is also author of "Africa's Emerging Securities Markets: Developments in Financial Infrastructure," Quorum Books, 1998. He has received international research grant funding from the Canadian government to explore securities market integration and venture capital formation. His research includes an analysis of Africa's developing financial markets, Working Capital Management, the integration of ASEAN securities markets, Canadian Securities Market Linkages, and ethics in global businesses. |
