Katherine KleindorferPhD, St. Louis UniversityVisiting Assistant Professor of Management Room 145, Schroeder Family School of Business Administration 812-488-2856 kk93@evansville.edu Katherine L. Kleindorfer is a visiting assistant professor of management at the University of Evansville where she teaches classes in leadership and global strategy. She also has worked as a strategy and leadership development consultant since 1989. Her clients include small, medium and large (Fortune 500) firms as well as non-profit organizations. Dr. Kleindorfer has a great deal of experience in the areas of organizational assessment, strategy, team development, leadership development, problem solving, and facilitation. In addition to more than 30 years of work experience in various corporate positions and as a consultant, Dr. Kleindorfer has a Ph.D. in management with a minor in organizational psychology from St. Louis University, an MBA from the University of Evansville and MSSW in psychiatric social work from the University of Louisville. She has also served as an adjunct professor for both undergraduate and graduate classes. In 2003, she received the Outstanding Teacher award for the MSPSA program at UE. |
